Amit brings over 25 years of extensive experience in engineering management, sustainable procurement, contract negotiation, project management, and work health & safety. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of several major State and Federal Government infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand, and India.

 

His leadership and technical expertise have earned him industry recognition, including the Australian Steel Institute National Award for excellence in Heavy Engineering Projects.

 

Amit has been instrumental in delivering landmark infrastructure projects involving complex steel structures such as Crown Resort Sydney, International Convention Centre, WestConnex, NorthConnex, and the iconic Lachlan Bridge (Double Helix DNA Structure)—recipient of both national and international awards. He has also contributed to the Sydney Gateway and various bridge structures for the Australian Government and Tier 1 companies.

Subhasis Saha

With over 30 years of industry experience, Subhasis is a seasoned professional in project management, quality assurance, welding, and protective coatings for complex infrastructure projects.


He has led and delivered fabrication and installation of major steel structures across iconic projects such as Crown Resort Sydney, International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney, WestConnex, NorthConnex, and the award-winning Lachlan Bridge (Double Helix DNA Structure). His portfolio also includes contributions to the Sydney Gateway and several bridge works for Tier 1 companies and the Australian Government.

Ravindra Singh Negi

Ravindra is a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years in the heavy steel fabrication industry, having worked across Australia, Bahrain, UAE, and India.


For the past 12 years, he has successfully managed multiple large-scale projects as a Project Manager, bringing strong technical expertise, leadership, and a proven ability to deliver complex engineering solutions efficiently and safely.

Pedro Palejko

Bo Jung

General Foreman & Welding Supervisor

With over 40 years of hands-on experience, Bo is a seasoned professional in steel fabrication, welding, and quality assurance for large-scale infrastructure projects.


Throughout his distinguished career, he has played a key role in supervising complex fabrication and installation works, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, precision, and workmanship.


Bo’s deep technical understanding and commitment to excellence have made him an integral part of successful project deliveries for major government and Tier 1 infrastructure projects across Australia.

Known for his strong leadership and practical approach on site, Bo continues to uphold quality and efficiency at every stage of project execution.

Emil Dionisio

Welding Engineer / Welding Inspector

Emil brings over 26 years of experience in the welding and engineering industry, including 15 years as a Welder/Boilermaker and extensive experience as a QA/QC Inspector, Welding Supervisor, and Welding Coordinator across both workshop and site environments.
 

He holds multiple industry-recognised certifications, including Weld Australia – Welding Supervisor AS1796 CERT 10 & AS2214, IIW Welding Inspector & Welding Engineer, and AINDT ISO 9712 Level 2 Magnetic Particle & Penetrant Testing (NDT) certification.
 

Throughout his career, Emil has contributed to a wide range of sectors including structural steel fabrication, oil & gas pipelines, LNG gas plant construction, water pipelines, TfNSW steel structure projects, tank construction, power station maintenance shutdowns, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, mining, rail and train manufacturing, shipbuilding, and heavy fabrication projects. His broad technical expertise and strong quality-focused approach continue to support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and industrial projects.

Vidal A. Lobarbio

TEKLA Structural Steel Detailer

Vidal brings over 25 years of experience in structural engineering design, drafting, and detailing, with expertise spanning both traditional drafting practices and advanced computer-aided design technologies. He is highly skilled in AutoCAD and Tekla Structures 3D Modelling (Version 2025), delivering accurate layouts, detailed fabrication drawings, and efficient structural detailing solutions.

Throughout his career, Vidal has worked on a diverse range of steel structure projects across the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. His portfolio includes warehouses, high-rise buildings, industrial platforms, power plant structures, bridges, and large-scale commercial developments. Known for his precision, technical knowledge, and strong attention to detail, Vidal consistently contributes to the successful delivery of complex structural projects.
